Yesterday meal was 700 cal today I added more to it

Today I did plan my meal and I’m in the 1200 cal it was good :)

I don’t like huge meals I decided to change my eating habits I was snacking all day bad snacks of course and eating junk food a lot I still work out but wasn’t really working. I been working out and doing OMAD so far I had one meal under 700 cal. Thank you for sharing
