This has to be a contender for 'first world problem' of the year.

Something I found whilst trying to recapture my fitness: The ability to run is underrated. To run after a child wondering into traffic, to run for a train you're about to miss, to run away from awkward encounters with ex girlfriends you see out shopping. That kind of thing.

Always remember, the scale won't make you any heavier. You'll be the same weight regardless of whether or not you step on to it. Much better to know where you're at. :)

Aww Smurfy you're so nice, this place can be great at times. I won't go into it as I wasn't trying to hijack the thread or turn it into the Dan show, just a few dramatic life events going on atm, but I'll be fine sooner than later!
