I only got 5 hours of sleep last night and worked 12 hours. This is a possibility. Thanks. Didn’t know such a small change in how much energy I have could affect stamina so much.

My husband has strep throat right now, so that could be what is happening. Maybe I’m fighting something.

Yes. I weigh everything. I’m very strict with calorie counting.

It’s hard to say. My weight fluctuates about 15 lbs through each month from hormones and what not so I try to weigh my self at the same time each month. I should be losing 2lbs or just over 2lbs a week.

Thanks guys. It could be just change in hormones paired with a new workout. I’ll give it a month and reevaluate my life lol.

Sorry meant that was TDEE plus exercise burn. Not just exercise haha. I do exercise about 3 hours a day to get that. I am still quite over weight at 174lbs and 5’3”.

I have a very sedentary job, I make like 500 steps a day, so to make up for it, I was 100 minutes a day to get about 12,000 steps and 8km in.

Thank you so much everyone. This has helped me so much. Since this I’ve gone up to running 6minutes straight at 5mph with 90sec wall break three times and I’m quite happy with that difference from my 6mph running fiasco. Slower is working much better. Once I have endurance down, I will work on speed slowly. Thank you so…

Thank you everyone. Very kind words and very motivating!

I’m wondering if stepping on the scale was a bad idea, and I should have just kept to my measurements haha.
