  • You've taken a good first step. I lost 50 pounds in 2 years with this app. My first indicator that it worked was when I began losing weight in the first week, without changing my eating habits, just by controlling my calories. If you set a realistic daily calorie maximum, it works. Good luck.
  • I don't know if you tried this yet, but what I did when I got stuck was lower my daily calories. It was a bit of a struggle, but I got moving again after a week or so. You've already accomplished so much. Don't get discouraged. As the saying goes, 'Rome wasn't built in a day.'
