Lately celery and cheese whiz has been doing it for me! Filling and tasty! Also, I agree with adding your snacks early in the day to the tracker to account for them. So you don’t over eat during your meals. You can make better choices at those times.

This is super basic but so good. I use it on chicken and pork tenderloin but can be used on many things. It’s only brown sugar, ketchup and mustard. I’ve added garlic to it and salt and pepper. And also honey. It’s a sweet style bbq sauce. Simple but delicious!
