I am trying to lose at least 30 pounds!

I think I am WAY above my calories then! When I put in my starting weight and goal weight it says I should be eating about 1200 calories! I am new to this so am learning. I will diligently track all foods in the app this week and stay at or below 1200 calories. Thank you!

I just put everything I ate into the app and my calorie intake for yesterday was 1818.
