i stress that this is just me. i try to do .2g-.3g x my body weight for protein and .2g-.5g x my body weight for carbs. not much fat, if any. this seems to give me the fuel i need for my workouts without making me feel too full.

bmi. but i'm at the lower end of 'healthy' (5' 11", 148lbs), so my doctor yells at me to stop losing weight. but since i still have fat, i don't wanna.

leftover jet pizza is like crack to me. cold.

daily here, then i do a weekly average.
-
i'm not. but, i have read an anecdote several times about someone on WW that was slowly gaining weight. turned out to be a few hundred calories worth of 'free' veggies she was eating every week.
-
yeah, i should have stated that the 28000 is a deficit.

thanks for the insight. yeah, it has a HRM, but i'm prone to panic attacks...i once woke up with 500 exercise calories burned...so i think it's considering things exercise that are not. some good advice, @heybales, thanks. i know these things aren't 100% accurate, i expected the numbers to be off...just didn't expect them…

smells close to strongsville :)

sorry, you lost me at 1000 calories. alas, it was a legit question until that detail.
-
wow that is so inspirational, the difference is very noticeable. you look great, awesome job!

i know i'm a guy and all but i do have this issue. my pants started looking ridiculous on me so i bought some new ones a couple months ago...only to have them now look ridiculous on me. it's frustrating because i can't afford clothes for myself every couple of months.

holy heck. kibbe is freaking amazing. i've never tried it cooked though, only raw. i've seen it breaded and fried but...meh.
-
my belly agrees :(
-
if i don't work out first thing in the morning, i never will, so that works best for me. it's really up to you. whatever your schedule and body allow.
-
my scale gave me a body fat % of 13. no freaking way am i 13% with this belly fat. i'm unsure of any way to accurately even measure it, so i don't put too much stock in it.

that looks wonderful. not what i'd call a pizza, but i'll certainly make it sometime. thanks!
-
anyone know how to make them crunchy? i tried in the air fryer, they just got weirdly soggy.
-
amen. while zucchini noodles are fine, they are certainly not a replacement for pasta.
-
the serving size of almonds gives me the sads. 28 almonds? barely a mouthful.
-
i had to nuke all my friends :( it was only fair.
-
yeah no.
-
excellent question, OP, i had been wondering the same thing.
-
heh i love that site, dude cracks me up
-
so that's your very first post eh? they are fine.

the recipe builder, as others have said. i couldn't make my (in)famous chili without it!

just to state the obvious, your bmr may have changed, so your maintenance calories may have gone up. i don't call it a plateau, i call it 'finding maintenance :)' this of course may not be your case, but it's where i got stuck.

for whatever reason, drinking tea causes my body to greatly slow down my iron absorption.

i would post mildred but i do not know if she is copyrighted. i also do not know if you are male or female so i'm gonna guess female. if your goal was losing .5lbs/week, your deficit was set at 250 cals/day. so for maintenance, 250 plus 1200 is 1450, which is close enough to the 1500 calories for maintenance, by my math.
