i don't think one could do it indefinitely. i was undereating for about a year before feeling the effects, i had no idea i was undereating until i started trying to figure out why i had no energy to work out.

i had one but my dog claimed it as her own -_- it helped me with my restless leg issues.

i assume you want to gain weight with muscle rather than fat. 15 lbs of muscle obviously isn't possible in that amount of time, so if you're ok with putting on 13 lbs of fat, good luck!

nah, your metabolism isn't wrecked.

heck, i thought everyone ate pumpkin bread. i love the stuff, just made a batch of pumpkin muffins.

if that's the movie i'm thinking of, the 1st couple minutes are freaking hilariously awesome
-
i generally don't. but for kicks, i weighed my 2 slices of bread yesterday and they were about 5 grams over what the package stated. not enough for me to care, but it might matter to some people.

i lost about 70lbs in a year strictly doing calorie counting.

I'm diabetec so I track sugar. Also track fiber, which I sometimes switch out with sodium out of curiosity

my kids were my motivation. my fat butt got stuck in the car at my daughter's graduation. the look on her face made me reflect on my lifestyle. that kept my going until i reached my weight loss goal. now my stubbornness keeps me going, lol. i didn't work this hard to throw it all away!
-
what are your goals? did you plug your numbers into mfp? it should have calculated the correct calorie goal for whatever you're trying to do. you don't want to have too much of a deficit, i always stuck with what mfp told me. if you need extra calories...2 words. peanut butter.
-
bahahaha that's hilarious!
-
i dislike overhead press day because they are really freakin hard, as previous threads have mentioned...
-
thanks everyone. i think i'll go back to back. i guess i just wanted to confirm that it's no big deal to lose a day, if i go that route. i'm trying to gain weight so i'm kinda paranoid about missing a lift day, i don't want any more weight going to fat than it has to.

a short scene but it was intense.

aworkoutroutine.com. i'm doing the beginner workout program.

just finished the orphanage on hulu. excellent movie, if you don't mind reading it.
-
as others have said, completely up to you and your lifestyle. i work out as soon as i get up or i'll never do it, i get lazier as the day goes on.
-
agreed, i eat a couple of these every day, they are amazing and oddly filling. probably because of all the fiber.
-
i love my air fryer, but it's because of convenience and not health related. it certainly won't hurt your goals, assuming you are staying in a calorie deficit (if losing weight is your goal).

@heybales ...if the treadmill says i went a mile, but fitbit says i went 1.5 miles, are my strides set up too short or too long in fitbit? for some reason the math eludes me on this.

as an experiment, i didn't chow down on weekends like i normally do, for 2 consecutive weeks. i ate roughly the same amount of calories each day, plus or minus 100ish. these were my numbers, weighing in at the same time everyday, wearing the same clothes (nothing): 09/08 142 09/09 142 09/10 142.8 09/11 142.4 09/12 143.2…

i have nothing helpful to offer, just wanted to give you kudos for getting back to it. inspiring.
-
in the app, i just hold down on the food in question and it gives me the option to delete

a calorie deficit doesn't help someone trying to maintain weight.
