95 kms to lose 1 lb of fat @200 lbs? That really does put things in perspective. I guess in the long run it makes a difference. OP if you weigh less you burn even fewer calories obviously.

Someone already said it. There are lots of cooking methods and seasonings that will make what you consider "healthy" foods more palatable. Think about doing a menu.
