  • That’s always gonna happen anywhere you can see people’s faces and personal info unfortunately. To men and women alike. Don’t let it get in the way of your personal goals though... just block the people who are inappropriate or make you feel uncomfortable.

  • 165 has always been my goal at 5’7 (and a half lol). Haven’t gotten there yet, but I’m working on it! I’ve had 5 kids in the last 8 years, and just gained more weight with each kiddo. I’m done having kids now and working on my GW/keeping everyone happy and healthy.
  • I’ve just started myself... but I can tell you basically you eat a ratio of fats, proteins, and carbs in that order. You’re cutting out sugar in all forms sadly. The ratio is like 65% fat 30% protein 5% carbs
  • I eat veggies with every meal, but that’s definitely not all I eat!! It’s actually been great so far besides the sugar cravings.
