I'm sure lots of people are. I did, back in the 90's and it sucked. Big time. I ended up binging after about 3 days.
What works for me - Honestly logging all my food, the good, the bad, and the ugly, using a food scale to insure I am actually eating the amount I think I am. Try to consistently hit my reasonable calorie goal, but not freak out if I go over now and then. I eat foods I like, which includes carbs and sugar. I allow myself dessert every night, 200-300 calories of ice cream or chocolate. This is what keeps me on track and happy.3 -
