Since you are vegan, you can take Edamame beans, lentils, black beans etc..but unfortunately taking more legumes will increases the calories also You can check below useful link made by @diannethegeek which contains list of food items…

I want to increase my protein intake and I'm also not much fan of meat and I have lactose intolerance...I find it bit difficult to get protein from plant products.. Are you taking protein supplements? It would be great if you could provide some infos about protein…
