  • I started a few weeks ago. I wish I could do the Noon-8pm scheduled but unfortunately I workout in the mornings and need to start eating by 10am so I stop at 6pm, so far so good. My biggest challenge is work since I’m around food and I’m there till midnight!
  • I do this fasting schedule as well. I eat from 10am-6pm, and fast for the other 16hrs. It works really well for me but I definitely still eat my normal calories in between. I eat about 2 meals, it’s not so much about starving yourself as much as just realizing that you actually do not need to be eating all the time or more…
