On 12 hour days I do workout but when my days get into the 14-16 hour range I do not workout but make the workout up on a day I have off I will do extra workouts.

My main struggle is addictive eating. I have been working very hard on discipline by using MFP as a guide for portion/calorie control. No problems with workouts. I do 1-2 hours of cardio daily, 30 minutes of strength training three times a week and Ballroom/Latin Dance 3-4 times a week.

It sounds like I’ve been eating to much sodium and after looking back I agree. I plan to try to make some changes like meal prepping on Thursdays and eating more fresh foods out like salads. I'm very familiar with the football build as I used to work with football players. I have an athletic build too, but have a lot of fat covering it. I love working out, dancing and eating well. It motivates me. I have lost 97.2 pounds so far. I am 2.8 away from losing 100 pounds. Peace, Amanda
