I'm gluten free and dairy free so my options for eating out are limited, and a lot of the time not worth the expense.

I log water and my iced tea, also with Stevia, as water. It has 5 calories per 8 ounces and I might get 15 calories there a day. If I drink something that has some real calories to it, like my sparkling water and juice drink (140 calories), then I log it as food.

Have you had your thyroid checked? And have you considered you could be building muscle? Just 2 things I thought of that I didn't see mentioned.

Anyone can add me. I’ve got about 70 to lose, with the first goal being to get below 200. 3d shifter in Maine and active daily. Gluten and dairy free.
