I lost almost 40# with smartpoints and gained 10 back when it switched to freestyle. I couldn't get it figured out - some days I was way under points and other days I was on point or a little over. I love to take plain Fage greek yogurt and add some pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, chopped persimmons, and a little splenda.

It's always empty at my gym, too, even though I know people who say they love it. Occasionally I go in there for a couple of the machines but I've never done the whole circuit.

I always got the "you have such a pretty face if only you'd lose some weight" from family, family friends, friends, family of friends. I don't get that anymore - guess I no longer have a pretty face lol.
