Thank you for everyone that gave their opinion was all I was asking for and this is where I started, have lost over 105lbs, I never knew asking for others opinions on how I looked would cause such a debate. I mean if you don’t want to comment or say anything constructive then why even comment???

And really didn’t see it as being shallow and the reason was wanting feedback is because I have no other feedback this is the first time I have ever asked to be rated I’m finally comfortable enough to ask others opinion now was all.

@tinkerbellang83 well it’s the most important thing to me and what has worked for me so that’s why I offered my opinion whether you think it’s most important or not doesn’t mean you need to try and prove how your right, it is ok to differ in opinions.

@tinkerbellang83 I only suggested cutting out sugar because that’s what made the biggest difference for me with weight loss and I’m down 105lbs, results speak for themselves.

@Claucescu as I said earlier I recently as of only the last 1.5-2 months have been exercising as far as power walking every morning anywhere from 1-3 miles so far is like to get it to a jog/run but don’t know if my joints could handle that. Thank you everyone on the kind words, I still see I have more to go and still not 💯 with how my body looks yet. Still uncomfortable without my shirt on in public hopefully next summer will be much different. And hoping it will help out my dating/social side of my life haha.
