Oh shoot so if you work out for a longer time you need more fiber? Do you need more of anything else? Like magnesium etc..

154-158 and since I'm constipated sometimes 162ish. I usually weigh 152 and I eat about 40g fats

Update: I looked over my diet and I do get considerable amounts of fat: tofu eggs almond milk, meat fat, oil when cooking etc..

I eat maybe 8-10 servings of fruit a day and lots of veggies so it's pretty common to be TEMPORARILY bloated but constipation extends it

Also to add into my post, does intermittent or things like the one meal a day diet or fasting In general cause constipation? My aunt was face timing me and mentioned that if I skip breakfast my digestive system or system wouldnt run as well
