I wanna recommend shoulder stands for anyone trying to stabilize back/core for handstands! (To get out of it put legs overhead in “dead man”/“plow” pose). Swimming, you can use a prop between your legs like professional swimmers train with (foam pull buoy). It workouts arms, and it is cardio without putting resistance on your legs. Lookup Aqua PT exercises.
