UPDATE: :smile: Gain from stress eating and muscle! Started new high-fat diet for medication absorption, so hard to stay in daily caloric value. Also not watching calories, less cardio. I need to embrace the Why again :p :p :p Why I do this? Weight, happiness, music, hobby, clear mind, achievement. When I do this? Nearly everyday. Roll out of bed, eat, and go. For how long? At least one month.
