I suppose I was sprinting to get my heart rate up...i was only sprinting like once during the 30 min then I was walking/jogging in intervals. I will def get fitted for shoes and look into those programs mentioned! Thanks everyone!

People...they can be so bothersome!! I don’t tell too many ppl when I start ‘dieting’ because I can’t stand that look...are you sure you can eat that? That’s allowed on your diet? Good grief ppl!! Mind your own business! I know how many calories I can afford to eat still and if I want to waste 300 on a bite of this or that…

Hey all, I’m new to this app and honestly not sure how to navigate well yet lol. Is this where I raise my hand and say I’m morbidly obese too? I hate that word ‘morbid’...we should work on it!!! Anywho, in a perfect world I should lose 125lbs but would be happy to lose 100. It’d be awesome to build a support group…
