  • I’m in the same industry and sometimes it has been a struggle. I’m half admin and half walking around so walk a few in each day at work. Means by lunchtime I’m starving which is where I make some poor choices. I’ve started leaving cask and card at home. I prep enough for the whole day and when I’ve had lunch I’m full.…

  • lol I’m closer to 50 than 40 now … but over 40 sounds so much nicer hahaha Mentally still 21 but think we can all relate to that one
  • I’ve had Covid this week so nothing has been happening. Tested myself today with a slow hike up the hills. About a 5 mile round trip. Kept the heart rate low. Sooooo good to get some exercise again! Will be back to the gym on the weekend all going well
  • I was drinking sugar free energy drinks and Diet Coke all day. I started cutting back by trying to drink lots of water with some sugar free water drips for flavour. Then I’d have a can which would last me much longer as I was so full of water. I haven’t given up but down to one energy drink and one Diet Coke a day
  • Great you’re getting back on track. I’m mid 40s and since a surgery a year ago I’ve let all my good habits slide. So back on the app I go
  • Tofu. Sometimes I coat the chunks in crumbs first. And banana. Air fried banana with a bit of yoghurt makes for a yummy low calorie dessert
  • I love her YouTube channel. Have been stuck at home with covid so been doing some yoga to keep moving
  • New Amsterdam. Usually don’t binge watch anything but have watched four episodes today
  • I’ve had an Apple Watch for a couple of weeks now and I love it. Won’t go to bed until I’ve closed my rings. Trying to work up to a half marathon as been away from running for a while I haven’t done a challenge yet but keen to join one
  • I’ve started playing again now that I’m back trying to get fit and loose the excess weight from the past year. keeps me entertained when out walking . 2555 2820 5132
