Guilty myself. Logging definitely helps me - particularly if I make myself log it before eating it (see what the impact will be & then sometimes decide - “nah, I’ll just drink some more water) Going through that decision process at this very moment - kinda bored, feeling hungry -> tempted to snack. Returning to MFP too. Had some success with it - got indisciplined, stopped logging, poor eating, and regressed. This process works when I work the process - so I’m back!

46. had some success before with MFP, quitting logging & disciplined eating, progress stopped & some reversion (gain back). Process works when I’m disciplined enough to work the process —-> so I’m back.
