Hi I am new here, was using my plate but not doing so good.
I have gained weight since not smoking and trying to get that off to my normal feel good weight of 135 - 140.

Welcome! Just counting calories is the easiest way to lose weight, in my opinion. You still have to eat less (and move more), but the less fluff, the better Of, good for you and congrats for stopping smoking!0
