Grapefruit I have read bring down high blood sugar and high blood pressure naturally. Very good fruit. Maybe we read from different places. That is why if you eat grapefruit and are on medicine could overdose.

Have passed up muffins and many any snacks like potato chips, high salt and baked goods. I do not want to eat unless it seems healthy. I even ate a grapefruit which do not care for, but it is good for you.

I just had a reading below 20, ate candy bar andes 6 pieces and coffee, two sugar packets, steamfresh mixed vegetables two cups and 1 cup fruit juice. I am checking it in an hour to see if rose.

I have changed my diet and feel like losing weight. I eat four servings of veggies and two of fruit and follow the food pyramid. I try to stay about 1500 calories a day and after two weeks have started exercise. I have a lot of weight to lose but feel so much better. Good luck to you and do not give up.

Oh by the way I am 47 years old and smoked since I was 15, only quit for 6 months twice before once when pregnant and once I quit because I wanted too, but asked for that one cigarette. This time I am not going to ask, I want to be a non smoker, smell nice and sing beautifully.

My exercise so far is boxing-punching bag, trampoline jumping, hitting golf balls and dancing or exercise video of tae bo. I have a membership at a gym, but do not go. I would like to when I am down some pounds. At home am more motivated to workout. I have trouble getting myself to the gym.
