My most embarrassing moment....it was leg day, wore the wrong pants... doing jump squats and BAM! I ripped my pants, my butt was exposed 🤦🏽♀️ I put my sweat towel around my waist & walked right out that gym !

Hey I’m 4 months postpartum and breastfeeding I’m eating about 1700 cal a day do weight training, and I eat back my cardio calories. Breastfeeding burns about 400-500 cals a day so keep that in mind! I use coconut oil every day for my skin and hair . Including throughout my pregnancy and no stretch marks ! My mom had stretch marks as welll as my sisters but the girls on my dads side didn’t get any so maybe just genetics
