The Dole Spoonable Smoothies. I saw something about them on Facebook. I Googled them and much to my surprise, they’re only 170-180 calories each. I think I’ll give one a try once I see them in Walmart.

I’ve had this stuck in my head for a few days now. https://youtu.be/JLY8tFp8RBg

Clothes (scored some great Under Armor bottoms for $5 each), nail polish, pillow cases and groceries.

Playing unintentional dog sitter. I heard a bunch of loud noises coming from my back porch around 3 AM. I went outside to see what was going on and it was these two! I spotted a tag with a number on it on the blonde one and I brought them inside my house. The number was valid thankfully and I called and texted it. While…

This is the final book in the Black Knights Inc. series and if you’re looking for a really good romantic suspense series, I absolutely recommend it.

I’ve been a daily logger for nearly two years now. I’m very good at giving motivation and support! You’re welcome to add me.

My reasons to maintain are to keep fitting into my extra small clothes and my size 4-6 jeans and miniskirts and minidresses and all of the skintight workout gear that I wear and to look good in all of it and to keep getting checked out. As long as men aren’t leering, disgusting or nasty about it, I don’t mind being checked…

You can totally add me!

This silly girl! She will plop down next to my yoga mat almost every day without fail and demand pets and attention. Because I work out to YouTube videos, I’m often facing away from her and she’ll make noises behind me to get my attention and act super cute.

I have bad knees. I’ve literally had them all my life, I’m 26. And I have done nothing to cause it. I was never overweight or obese at any point, I never played sports, ran track, anything. I vividly remember getting up from my mom’s bed one time and my knee just gave out on me. I was 15. But I still walked and such. Then,…

Daily. I do a low impact mix of Pilates, yoga and body weight exercises. I work out roughly an hour and twenty minutes.

I’m going to vote for Lean Cuisine or some other similarly low calorie frozen dinners. With the exception of canned and also low calorie soup or the occasional meal out, I’ve been eating them for years. If you shop at Walmart, the Walmart brand frozen low calorie dinners are good as well.

I try to get at least 64 ounces everyday.

Visit the FatLogic subreddit if you all want to see some serious doozies. It’s the kind of stuff you’re all talking about, but on steroids. I’ve mostly heard stuff about MLM garbage helping me to lose weight from my friends on Facebook who sell it. I’ve seen claims that apple cider vinegar will flush out all your fat. I’ve…

I didn’t technically need to lose weight. I’m female, 5’6 and I was 144. I carried it well though (blessed with a legit hourglass figure) and I didn’t look that heavy. I was on the high end of a healthy weight and BMI for my height and gender. And I was concerned about that high end turning into overweight. And I’ve got a…

I seldom eat breakfast or lunch. I’ve just never been the type to do so. So, I snack during the day and then I usually have dinner and dessert. It’s what seems to work best for my body.

To continue working out daily and to go deeper into my yoga practice.

Mostly in pajamas, but sometimes nude in the summer.

I weigh myself daily. To me, it’s crucial to keeping myself accountable and making sure my weight does not creep up. I’ve read far too many horror stories of people letting the weight creep on and then they’re 30, 40, 50 or more pounds overweight. I do not want that to be me.

Since you specifically mentioned cardio, try The Fitness Marshall on YouTube. His videos are all dance workouts choreographed to pop, rap and R&B. They’re a lot of fun and he really knows what he’s doing.

I have a really screwed up left knee and I’m in the same boat. I do Pilates, power yoga and body weight exercises. I would recommend giving Pilates and yoga a try. You probably could do some body weight exercises. I like Sarah Beth Yoga, Blogilates and Rebecca Louise Fitness. They’re all on YouTube and all have free, full…

I’ve been a daily logger for 714 days and counting. My diary is public. OP and anyone else is free to add me.

Watching the season premiere of Project Runway.

I’m watching Rupaul’s Drag Race and I’m thinking about how poorly one team did this week and how absolutely stunning some of the looks on the runway are.

I was always in the upper limits of a healthy and safe BMI for my height, 5’6 and 144 lbs, and I didn’t want that to tip over into an overweight BMI. I also have significant cardiovascular issues on both sides of my family and I really want to avoid developing a cardiovascular issue if I can. I was 24 at the time that I…

Blogilates, Rebecca Louise Fitness, Sarah Beth Yoga, PsycheTruth (word of warning, there is a lot of health and wellness stuff that’s a bit out there, but the workouts are solid), The Live Fit Girl, Fitness Blender, Love Sweat Fitness, Popsugar Fitness, The Fitness Marshall, Chloe Ting. Can you tell that I exclusively work…

It took me about a year to go from 144 to 119. With the exception of a recent 3 pound weight gain, which I’m actively working to lose, I have kept it all off. I mostly did it through calorie counting. I’m 5’6, so I didn’t technically have to lose weight, but I was at the high end of a safe BMI and I didn’t want to tip into…

I work out twice daily and I work out at home doing a mixture of Pilates, power yoga and body weight exercises. I have a really screwed up left knee and I have to take it easy on my knee. I only do low impact exercises because I learned the hard way that my knee will not tolerate anything high impact. Morning 10 minutes of…
