Sorry for long reply.. It's my first time using herbalife so thought advice would be good coming from people who personally used it and got results. I don't sell thou..I just bought for the first time .. know of people that got very good results :/

This is day 5 for me.. feeling the same way.. but what motivates me is my end result..what I hope to achieve.. also.. I'm on herbalife diet 😁
