Day 3 is always the worst. Somewhere in days 5 or 6 you'll start getting bad heartburn. Once this passes it means your body is not producing acid anymore. I quit alcohol October 1st before i knew sober October was a thing. Had a big fight sunday night and realized ... I had to change... Hasn't been easy as I'm coming off a 6-8 drink a day habit ... but I am proud to have made it through my first weekend. Goodluck to you ... we can do it!!

I have been diligent all week... so I had a treat meal, 9 hour smoked ribs on cherry wood (just salt and pepper) ... homemade fries with garlic aioli. Spicy hot v8 to drink.

I also wish I had an answer to this. I work in an office and am self conscious of sweat of BO to try and workout at lunch. With a baby I have no time at home. I have settled for now on stretches and coordination training over lunch and a light workout immediately after work when baby naps.

I do think it's important to know that if you use thermodynamics anda calorie in really does equal a calorie out then you can lose as much weight as you want without doing any exercise that said perhaps In the beginning you could look into upper body focused things that do not hurt the knees Reasons I would like to lose…

Wes, that is exactly where i want to get to, but i need to go through the full cleanse first. Hrod, my goal right now is quitting the alcohol, and more tracking than limiting consumption for the first few weeks. i agree it's a lot to take on. Every day is getting worse not better to be honest.
