Weekly weigh-in Last week: 154.8 (70.2 kg) Today: 153 (69.4 kg) Wow, I really have no idea what's going on. Just hoping it stays this way! :D Btw this was my first goal: to get under 70kg. Next goal is to get to 65, so I will have a normal BMI.

Good decisions, all of them! I am a chips-binger too, and not stocking any of it at home has been my only way out so far. Also keeping healthier food alternatives that I like.

Food is usually my reward to myself (eat at a nice restaurant, get foodstuff that's slightly above my budget - organic food for instance, nice dessert from a bakery etc), but then that's a slippery slope. Others' replies on this got me thinking. I need to get creative.

Daily post Dec 20 Track- Yes Exercise - yes, skipped yoga but walked 10 net over the whole day ! Calories - 200 over, but because of an office Christmas party. Kept carbs in check, but went overboard with fat. On the whole I feel fine because I didn't binge eat and because I walked!

Yes, need to do something like that, since I'm messing up timings too often. I see a nice dinner as my reward for being good all day, so I usually want to do it at home and in comfy clothes, but as you can see that's a problem.
