When I make egg muffins I use the paper liners in my muffin pan and eat them like a cupcake.

I've never heard of the noodles made with cheese and egg yolk. Sounds good, I need to try them. I found a recipe for pizza on Pinterest called Where's the crust pizza. I really liked it so did my husband. Taste like you're eating just the pizza toppings.

Ok here goes. The plastic bowl is cabbage soup my sister brought over yesterday. The crispers are fresh vegetables/fruit. Looks empty because it's right before grocery day.

I like the CoffeeMate sugar free Italian Sweet Cream. I've been using heavy cream, but like you said..it has no flavor so will go back to the Italian Sweet Cream 😊

I was reading on one recipe that if you let the egg set out to get to room temp it helps cut down on the "egg taste". If you order the low carb bread let me know how it is. Thank you for the replacement ideas for xzanthan gum! I've looked in the grocery store as well as WallMart and just can't find it :(

I found this Keto friendly pizza recipe on Pinterest and fixed it for dinner tonight. Hubby says it's a definite do-over. The recipe on Pinterest is called "Where's the Crust".

Hi John, welcome. I've been on keto about 5 weeks. So far I really like it but starting to get kind of tired of simple meals lol. I haven't ventured into cooking keto recipes yet, wanted to keep it simple till I get the hang of it but I think it's time to experiment with cooking "keto meals" 🙂

I've wondered the same thing. Since I use the mfp app on my phone I'm not for sure how to do it either. I know to subtract fat grams from carbs to get the net carbs so I was thinking of doing that then putting the "net carbs" in an entry on "Food Notes" in my diary.
