  • Today is day 98. I have ok energy and I sleep really well if I work out that day. I need to find that thread. I’m down 15.6lbs in 98 days at eating 1200 cal a day.
  • I always use a food scale. The thing lives on my counter top. I have also only eaten out about 4 times in the past 6 weeks. I’m trying to be super diligent about my food and drinks. I’m kinda worried my body is getting use to my low calorie intake and that’s one reason I’m having an issue.
  • Oh yah. I also have a really bad cold so I’m not going to the gym in the morning.
  • I’m in the same boat. I had a plan but 8 days away eating out and enjoying family with drinks. I’m up 5lbs. I’m very disappointed in my self.

  • I put it under cardio and I don’t eat back all the calories. My cardio seems to be a lot of HITT training so it’s full body for sure. I mark it as cardio b/c my heart rate stays above 155.
  • I weight everything oz and grams. I have switched it a lot of pre packaged food so I am make sure I’m eating what it says I’m eating. Pre packaged to me is oatmeal (1min quick oats) lunch meat, pre made mashed potatoes, salad kits, grapes with a bar code so I can scan everything. I know exactly what I’m eating at all…
  • I’m not working out this week, so my diet will be 1200 cal. I’m kinda starving. Working out and working really helps with hunger. I’m just hoping to keep up the discipline even though the scale is not working for me.
  • I really don’t know if sodium is the problem. I all ready have extreme low sodium levels and suppose to take meds for it (I don’t). I don’t eat pre-packaged food, I basically make everything. I know sodium can be hidding in all sorts of unexpected places. I’m trying really hard to eat as clean as possible.
  • I did push myself at the gym this week. I had DOMS for 3 days. I’m feeling really good today but no gym till Monday for me. I’m hoping it’s just extra water weight. I also only weigh my self twice a week. Once in log-in day and once mid week just because my scale is there next to my shower.
