I’m a snacker and something that’s been motivating to me is finishing out my diary and seeing if I continue today’s track how much I would lose. Since starting this I’ve only gone over one day my allotment once. I didn’t work out to get my daily “snack”.

I am there too. Late night binge eating is my problem. I am currently where I need to be for the day, and I know I gotta hold strong. Guess I’ll just have a nice cup of herbal tea (no sugar.) I’ll make that my ritual for night.
