Got it, so mainly focus on doing cardio and weights and eat counting calories? And just be patient. I know i’m so used to checking the scale every day. Based on my picture are you able to tell me how much BF I have? Or anything?

Well, mainly loose body fat and get muscles. Don’t wanna get big I just want to get toned/fit how do I say it. Mainly just loose BF.

Thank you guys! I really hope it’s water weight. And i’ve noticed my tummy is little bloated and I should be close to that time of the month (period) but the thing is i never really bloat by 2.5 lbs and its usually less and sometimes not even at all?
