I really appreciate it, that book looks very interesting! And I know!! Doctors want to just solve the problem withs meds and so on.... And they should focus on the root cause!!

Atm my excercises are really low but even lower to just walking? I keep mine to about 10-20 mins and try to workout keeping my heart rate low. So what, you went to BC and always stayed in it?

Well my doctor wasn’t the best haha i changed her so lets see with the new one. Basically she wanted me to get on birth control and i dont remember her saying the levels were near danger or normal but mmhhh... And plus 100% dont wanna do any of that “artificial” things like Birth Control. I want to get it back naturally so…

True! It’s mainly portion control and I agree. because the calories do add up.

My knee is much better today. I think all i needed was rest. I just do lift weights still but don’t wanna get on to the really heavy ones like deadlifts or smith machines so that I don’t hurt my knees.

Right maybe not 15% but at least 20% (19%-20%) And the “bloating” part could be it but I know when I weighted less couple months ago I had smaller face 🤔

Thank you! Because I remember when I was 108-107 lbs I did have smaller face too and this was few months ago. That’s why I wanna get back to that weight Like loose another 5 lbs.

Well that and my belly fat (the lower one) Others tell me i don’t have but I know I do, Especially in pictures it shows the most. And don’t worry tell me anything i’m ready to listen.

I eat really clean, try to eat only nutrient dense foods but could be i eat my calories high due to nuts because i eat them a lot.

The reason why I chose that is because I want to burn the body fat and like I’m already kind of lean but my face is still on the chubbier side 😒

I guess stick to little strength training. Because I feel little pain in my knees from yesterday’s leg/glutes workout. I don’t want to hurt my knees. But okey maybe not really 15% lol But at least down 20% like 19% would be good too.

Well yeah, get down to like 15% BF And maybe BMI to like 20 But mainly BF 15% :)

Get rid of the body fat Without having to do intense weight lifting. I’m already doing boot camps 2x/week so kind of my cardio

Got it, Thanks! :) I understand, but the thing is I actually watch my sodium intake and I’m pretty strict with that lol The food I eat my mom makes she either puts very little salt or maybe not at all so we later we can add as much as we want (I usually never add) Yeah overall I don’t eat much salt And I drink water 40-80…

I see Oh no I totally get it, Patience that’s exactly what I need. I was just curious since I’m new to the muscle building and if that could be the reason of the scale not moving/going up. I mean by like a week - 2 weeks. Maybe yeah it’s true.. I eat more that I don’t know of. But all I know is I’m very active like excercise a lot and stand/walk a lot plus don’t really eat that much. It could be the nuts, the good fats (that are high in calories) Cuz I eat a lot of that.

So I should go for “recomp”? And no I don’t use that app, what is it exactly? I go boot camps twice a week at my gym and other days normal weights and cardio. And I dont count calories I just know I eat enough amount of calories to burn fat. Keep my protein high and try to eat less fat and carbs.

So you’re saying focus on weights (not much cardio) and no need to count calories
