Anyone else find that the weight is making them not want to socialise or becoming reclusive?? I sound mad...but I've gotta know if this is just me going crazy or if this is normal.... I get so stressed just walking outside or out of my room because it's so much effort to sustain a facade all day π΅π±π°

Me: 4* LNS: 0 But I did have a small portion of lentil bean and tuna mix about 8.50pm...however as far as supper goes it was a small controlled portion and I had NO sweet crappy food after so I think it will be okay!! I hope! Does anyone else have the problem of someone else being in main control of what is in theβ¦

Totally! I have the same problem...it's all in the head π So far...I'm evidently more stubborn though!! Me:3* LNS: 0 But someone else made a meal for me yesterday which I felt bad to say no to after they'd cooked...so I went over total calorie and carb limit ...π Goal is to have a week within calories AND no LNS points!β¦

How about baked egg avocados? I don't know if you're doing a low fat weight loss diet- if so this isnt so good! But if youre looking for a new brekkie idea to keep you full for aaaaaaages after eating it: Cut a med/large avocado in half, keep slim on it, remove the stone and make sure there's a fair sized hollow where theβ¦

Hey, have you tried "nice cream"? If you use a little natural cacao powder with whatever fruits you choose (stay away from too much banana if low sugar- stick to berries and the frozen almond milk cubes) it tastes like chocolate ice cream! I think me too π but I am aiming for every other Monday minimum because sometimes weekly weigh ins can get scary or pressured apparently (according to doctor...not sure whether anyone has any thoughts on weekly vs fortnightly weigh ins?? Opinions would be fab!)
