Thank you so much much everyone. Tiffany, honestly all I did was stick to my calories. A little bit of exercise but not much. The calories thing really does work and I eat whatever I want with my allowance. Thanks ❤️

I feel exactly the same way.. it’s very hard. The only thing is to keep reminding yourself of how well your doing and think of the end result. Sorry I couldn’t help more. 😊

Thank you for your reply. Ive selected lightly active as I’m on my feet all day as a nurse. So you think 60 extra calories for 8000 steps seems to low?

Thanks everyone for your replies. Now I’m wondering if blood sugars can go up when losing weight? Mine is normally about 5 but when I did it last night(first time in months) it was 8.6! I’ve never had a problem with diabetes or anything. I just decided to check mine while I was checking a patient at work

Thanks so much and congrats on your loss!! I go to the gym 2-3 days per week and I’m a nurse in a dementia unit so no stop at work. How do I get I MFP to recalculate my calorie goal?

Hi, I’ve lost 10.5 kilos (23pounds) in the last 8 or so weeks doing very minimal exercise. I eat 1200 calories. Just a question... for those that start out on a 1200 calorie plan, do u consistently lose weight until u hit goal on 1200? I’ve heard your meant to lower calorie intake as u get smaller but not to go under 1200.…

Thank you for replying. I do about 2000 steps per day I the days I don’t exercise. I’ve just started at the gym 3 days per week and I would do more on those days. I’ve lost half a pound more as of this morning
