Finding it hard to see a difference after -30 pounds
I started this journey on sept 20. I’m 5’1 and started at 198. I’m currently 168. I’m happy with 30 pounds down in about 3 months. The problem is I don’t feel like I look much different. Can one workout cause a gain on the scale?
I’ve been losing weight consistently for about 3.5 months now. I did a PT session with a personal trainer 2 days ago and my legs are so sore I can’t walk properly. The thing is, today I weigh 2 pounds heavier. Is this normal from just one session? Did squats, lunges ect. Also, is it normal to be that sore? Thank you

100 days logging!
CICO seems to be working. I’m down 34.2 pounds as of today. Day 100. Still want to lose another 40 so I will start with more exercise. I’m on 1200 cals per day but eat more on exercise days. I would love more friends to help with motivation ect. Good luck everyone! 😊

How many calories for 7000 steps?
Hi, any help would be appreciated. I just got a new Garmin watch. When I use that for steps, it gives a ridiculously high amount of extra calories for the day to eat. I have lost 25 pounds in the last 10 weeks sticking with 1200 cals a day and not much exercise. Today, I weighed and I have gone up 1.2 pounds. Is this normal? Nothing has changed. Thank you!

Weight loss has stopped after 1 month
Hi, I’m new here and would appreciate any advise. I started a 1200 calorie eating plan 1 month ago. I lost approx 5.7 kilos (13 pounds) in the first month. Now, for the last 10 days, I haven’t lost anymore any maybe even gained a little. Can anyone tell me why that think this is happening? Thank you in advance 😊
