I have quite bad scoliosis, although I haven't had any surgery for it, I still need to do regular physio and if it gets worse then possibly will need to wear a back brace. I found that stretching often, especially before and after workouts really helps. Also, starting with a little bit of excersize and then building up…

I know these photos aren't great but it shows roughly before an after 35lbs weight loss. It takes everything you've got to retrain old habits and everyone who has posted pictures on this page is a true inspiration, thank you all so much because without people proving that it is possible I think I could be in a completely…

Don't worry about it, sounds like you're taking a really sensible and balanced approach to your weight loss, a cheat day now and again isn't bad! Plus, if it is a one off sort of thing then really it won't affect your progress that much, if at all. If you are still concerned then perhaps do a bit more excersiz this week…

Hi, In the same situation, bad back pain but no a severe enough curve for surgery. I had phisio for it and now have to do a set of stretches 3 times a day, it really does help though. It's nothing major, just regular intervals throughout the day to take a break and do some gentle stretching! Also yoga and making sure that…

This, even if it equates to the same amount of…

It totally normal to get like that, I do too! But it's days like this that you need to push that bit further and tell yourself that it is definitely worth it! Keep going, I would love to hear how you progress!

Oh my goodness, 10lbs is incredible, you should definitely not feel discouraged!!! If you aren't feeling so good, I usually stay motivated by looking at photos of where I started, then a current one and finally, where I want to end up. If this doesn't work, another good thing to try is to go down to the gym and lift what…

Most of it should be water and will begin to regulate as you get into a more set routine that you body is used to. As long as you are doing it safely and making sure you are hitting your calories and macros each day then all should be good. Well done though, sounds like you are on track to reach you goal wait if you keep…
