Hi Everyone, I originally posted on this thread as I was not sure how to find out if I was on a team. April 16 - 2 min planks, 60 seconds at a time - ouch the cramps that followed :) Think I will go back to my original plan of 30 seconds at a time and hopefully cramps wont be so bad. Only 28 minutes left to go

Tuesday check-in Lots of exercise yesterday - 40 minute strength bearing exercise in morning, then 45 minute kayak ride with my son. After supper another 1.5 hours in kayak with husband. PW 155.8 CW 155.8 Long weekend here in Canada and so hard to keep on track. At least I didn't gain. To turn this around I plan to monitor my calories more closely, exercise every day and CHECK-IN DAILY. Good Luck to everyone this week as we strive together to achieve our weight goals!
