Thanks @Karen and @lazycat2018. On Wednesday, I did the 10 minute plank challenge that was posted, as well as the tricep workout at home and the 30 minute lower body isometrics. Hi Everyone, I belonged to this challenge a long time ago and it really helped me get a handle on my late night snacking. For me, it is no food after 7:30 PM. I started April 1st, but gave in last night. Grr. Hopefully posting daily will get me back on track. Since April 1st. Me 2 LNS 1 Streak of 0
