  • Yes! Increase your calories! Especially your protein, this will allow you to build more muscle mass and reduce body fat at the same time. The big thing here is to begin weight lifting, it allows you to add muscle and that will be the best way to lose body fat!
  • I don’t know about you. But I think sometimes the hardest part about eating is having a good relationship with food. Which takes time and can be frustrating when you get off track. Just keep making an effort and recognize when you get off track.

  • The macro % are recommendations of how you should split your calories. I don’t follow their guidelines when it comes to the macro %’s, I alter them to fit my goals and needs. As long as you understand how a basic break down of calories should be, you can always change them.
