Hi Am here to gain weight not muscle. Am currently 66kgs from 54kgs. What is helping me gain weight is eating. I make sure not to skip my breakfast, lunch and dinner. I eat 2,200 calories a day. Precious

Eating 2,200 calories everyday, and exercises like squats, hip thrust, donkey kicks, lunges, and glute bridges. And I have gained 1.5 kgs again. Am getting thick. Be consistent

Exercise like glute bridges, squats, hip thrust, donkey kicks, lunges are all good even without equipment at home. Eat. Eat and eat. Drink high protein smoothies. You can make It at home. Pizza, chicken, fish, yoghurt, eggs, milk, fruits, peanut butter, dry seeds.

You can't spot reduce as you can't spot gain. I have a pear body shape, so when I wanted to gain some weight I thought it will go to my booty only but when I started to gain weight some weight went to my stomach. That is just genetics You are not doing anything wrong. You can loose weight proportionaly. Genes

Chips, carbonated drinks, spicy foods. Drinks from the fridge.

They told me not to eat π, not to drink carbonated drinks, even juice unless am blending some fruits at home. Not to eat food with paprika or cayenne (spicy foods). Not to drink cold drinks.

I took the h. Pylori kit treatment for one week and I was still feeling the burn, so I went back one week later and I was given some more medication (syrup)

I try to eat 2,200 calories a day. I do exercises at home, squats, lunges, glute bridges, hip thrust, kick backs or donkey kicks for 20 minutes 4 times in a week without any equipment. I have gained 3.5kgs in four months. Current weight 65.5kgs Plz be consistent

I have already gained 3.5kgs in the last 4months and I currently weight 65.5kgs which is good considering that I was 54ks in 2015. My current goal is 68kgs and am 5'8 tall. Hope to reach there before this year ends. I have been inconsistent in December and this January because of sickness but I will be back to my bestβ¦

Your girl here is getting thick, most of my clothes ain't fitting me. I eat 2,200 calories and exercise 5 times a week ( glute bridges, lunges, squats, hip thrust, donkey kicks) for 20 minutes. I saved some YouTube videos offline. Specifically from a YouTube name Kobokofitness. I do two videos at a go. Hope it helps.β¦

Most of my clothes ain't fitting. I can't believe I bought some in 2018 and they are not fitting too. What should I do? Buy some or wait?
