Try eating smaller meals more times throughout the day. Sounds like your body feels like you are starving it. I try to eat something every 2 hours. Keep something handy at all times grapes, pineapples, tuna packs, etc.. Hope this helps bc I use to experience this as well

Hello Lori my name is Tinyatta and our goals are the same. However, I started almost 2 months ago (one month with a total understanding of the app..lol) but I'm doing well (was @ 14 pounds gained 6 back over the holidays)ughhh but I'm back on track now.
