Weight check. Today I am 150.6lbs. Not worried because weight can fluctuates, I do feel leaner than last week... or maybe it just my mind playing ticks on me. Anyhow, I had a great week. π

I work 12hour night shift, 3 nights a week, 7p to 7a. I count everything I eat after midnight my breakfast. I eat again when I get home in the morning, I sucessfuly still lose 1-2lbs a week even though I eat before I head to sleep.

Normaly, health care providers would ask if the weight loss is intentional or not. If you tell them it's not, then it's when they start getting concern about it.

What is up with members here being obsesses with potassiun? Potassium is present in most fruits and veggies, and potassium is well regulated in our body. As long as your you don't have any underlying health problems causing you to loose potassium you shouldn't worry about.

Are you trying to quit vaping also? Vaping is new and there's still not enough research about it to see how it affects health in general, but I know it's discourage by most health care providers.

Body should maintain potassium very well unless you are actively having diarrhea or vomiting. Several fruits are high on potassium, just google them up. I would avoid having too much potassium, unless you want heart attack.

I have a 3 year old and work full time. I go to the gym 2-3x a week and do calorie counting. I can say I couldn't have done it without the support of my spouse and my in law who watches my lil one so I can to the gym. My 3 year old doesn't go to daycare. I work night shift and hubby works days. You just got to find timeβ¦

Not the best to ask here a question regarding 1200 cal diet. Most people here thinks it's the devil. Haha! I am on 1200 cal diet, but I only stand 5'2. It's difinitely effective in losing weight. I lost 30 lbs in 3 months while on it, if you read the success story several people lost morethan I did while they are on 1200β¦
