Hi everyone! I have been off for a while. Now I am back on losing weight Current Weight: 138.8 lbs.

I have lost weight using this app before as a tool. Highest weight not pregnant was 170lb, maybe more. Lowest weight I got down was 125lb, then found out I am preggo with baby #2. I am postpartum 1 year now and down 139 lb. Goal weight is 115-120lbs. Wish me luck. I am doing 1200 cal/day intermittently. 3 months on strict…

The abdominal fat seems to go last for majority of people. It will eventually go away as you lose the weight. Just hang on there.

Ummm... they sell broth for a reason.. might be cheaper too... 🤷‍♀️it's low in calories, but high in sodium. So you might gain more weight because of water retention. Just my thought.

I have to smell/sniff before I eat it.

My weight tend to do the same thing.. it fluctuates more whenever I work out, when I don't workout for a week but stay on my cal restrictions my weight steadily drops. Don't be discourage, I vent on my page sometimes, just cause. 😝 Just continue killing it, you will reach your goals eventually.

That's the spirit, girl! 🤣 I like to have fun while reaching my goals. Never a dull moment. 😁 Let's get the bods we like to have. It's our body after all, we don't need permission from strangers... duh!

🤣 my unrealistic body goal is to have a bod like SHAKIRA... she is my idol 😍. Some people here in the forum are soooo bitter. They think their way is the right way, when in reality sooo many options and methods are available. Whatever works for 1 person may not work with someone else. Good luck reaching those goals folks.…

I thought Steve Reeve was the epitome of body building during his era. I don't know if his on any steriods or supplements, but his physique was so intense.

Today marks my 30th day being back. Weighed myself and I am 145.2lb from 155lb my initial weight coming back. Goal is to lose about 10 lbs or close to 10lbs a month. Pretty happy with my progress 😁

149.4 from 148 lb last Sunday! 🥺
