I’m back looking to loose about 100 lbs to finish this stage of my journey. I’m down about 145 from 485lbs. Seen weight creep up during COVID-19. I know things about this virus that many don’t including how not to get in and what you should do immediately if you are positive and develop symptoms. My mom was a Microbiologist so I know a little more than average people do about bacteria and viruses.
I would be glad to make friends with people serious about transforming their lives.0 -
