Fun thing about working in the medical field is that I get to stick people with stuff in every orifice of their body. People will cry for pain and I stick them with the D and they will thank me for it; and just like a general, I get to see tons of privates. I also get payed doing these things. Just kidding!

I'm glad I haven't experience this yet. Although when I started, I remember this kid making loud grunt noises while doing his thing. I just sat on a bench somewhat close to him and started doing weights quietly and he stopped grunting right away.

Have you tried talking to a dietician? I think you should seek someone who will guide you and help you eat right. Then next step will be talking to someone who is a physical therapest and would coach you through exercise with your condition. Don't give up, you just have to keep trying.

I buy mine over the counter, just read the label and compare which gives you more vitamins with your money. I also like those vitamins that you only take once a day. I think it's easier to remember. Thank you for sharing! You are very inspiring. I knew several people who went through that kind of sugery. Some went sucessful and some did not and eventually gained the weight back they lost.

I'm a firm believer of moderation and variety. People shouldn't completely stop eating carbs. Our brain takes most of it's energy from carbs and starches, keto diet makes our body work extra to convert fat into something our brain can absorb.
