I am weighing all the foods on a scale... even salad. Mornings it’s usually 184 g egg whites, 20g oatmeal, 1 egg. Lunch is 4 oz chicken with 180 g broccoli or any other greens. I know I am at a healthy weight range but me personally I am not happy with how I look at that weight and I am the person to live with myself. I get that all the time..why 10lbs? I do measure everything on a kitchen scale that I consume so I am very accurate on the daily intake.. What happens if I eat even more than 1400…
