That's really high protein and low carbs. Any specific reason you're going for that? That's 225g protein and only 90g carbs if I did the math right. Not generally recommended.

I'm male 5'3 and 119 lbs, my goal is 115 (highest I've been is 130). It may sound dumb, but as a rock climber, it's a million times easier to lose five pounds of fat than gain five pounds of strength.

Two pounds is probably just normal daily fluctuation. Considering that, it can be helpful to weigh yourself every day and average it for the week.
